Deciduous Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated brewery, located in the Seacoast Region of NH and situated in the quaint town of Newmarket.
Owners, Maryann and Frank Zagami are lifelong NH residents and proud Granite Staters. Their love for craft beer started with their travels, continued with homebrew exploration, and blossomed with the creation of Deciduous.
Since our inception, we have strived to create beer and an environment that brings people together.
Our name pays homage to our four season region and reflects our desire to stay grounded and connected to our roots and the roots of brewing beer, but to also reach for the sky and push the boundaries of creation. In our tasting room, you will find a diverse selection of traditional, as well as progressive styles of beer.
We work together with a team of dedicated individuals to create beer that reflects our passion and commitment to the industry, our community, and our customers. We love what we do and as a team, we hold ourselves to the highest standards in beer production and customer service.

Carlton moved to New Hampshire from nearby Maine to attend the University of New Hampshire and joined the Deciduous team in 2021. Whether he's pouring beers in the taproom or representing Deciduous at local festivals, he enjoys connecting with the community and sharing great beer.
Outside of work, Carlton spends as much time as possible on the trails. During the winter you'll find him skiing, while the rest of the year is spent running and hiking throughout New England. No matter the adventure, his favorite way to celebrate is with a cold Deciduous beer at the end of the day.

Kellsey grew up on the New Hampshire Seacoast and moved to Newmarket in 2021 after falling in love with its small but mighty community. After a career path that included working in a deli, selling bicycles, editing books, working in a bookstore, and spending time as a stay-at-home mom, she joined the Deciduous team in the summer of 2023 to learn more about one of her favorite things: beer.
Today, Kellsey lives in an old blue house within walking distance of downtown with her husband, Jack, and their two daughters, Violet and Lily. Whether she's behind the bar or enjoying a pint on the other side of it, you'll often find her chatting with regulars, reading a good book, or keeping up with her energetic toddlers.
Great beer is just the beginning. Meet the team that helps make Deciduous a place where friends gather, conversations flow, and everyone feels at home.

Casey grew up in Merrimack, New Hampshire, and moved to the Seacoast with his wife, Emily, in 2020. After several years working in the beverage and hospitality industry, he joined the Deciduous team in 2021 as the brewery welcomed guests back following the pandemic. Since then, he's become a familiar face in the taproom, helping create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys live music, dark beer, and spending time with his two dogs, Penny and Addie, who he considers his whole world. He believes the best conversations happen over a great beer, whether at the brewery or anywhere people gather.

Polly joined the Deciduous team in 2026 and quickly became a friendly new face in the taproom. A graduate of the University of Vermont, she developed her appreciation for craft beer on the back roads of Vermont, where she learned the value of thoughtful ingredients and strong local communities.
Outside of the brewery, Polly works full-time at the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, helping develop solutions to the state's flooding challenges in the face of increasingly severe storms. When she's not working, you'll likely find her ski patrolling at Ragged Mountain, hiking in search of the perfect swimming spot, or relaxing at home with her two cats, Pepita and Aster.

Originally from Stratham, New Hampshire, Colin joined the Deciduous team in 2022 and has been pouring beer for more than four years. In addition to his work at the brewery, he works in concert production throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts with Live Nation.
Music has always been a big part of Colin's life, and when he's not at a concert or helping put one together, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and getting outdoors whenever he can. Whether he's serving beer in the taproom or working behind the scenes at a show, he enjoys being part of experiences that bring people together.

Ryan grew up in Newton, New Hampshire, and now calls Newmarket home. He has been part of the Deciduous team for more than three years and loves sharing great beer with great people.
Outside of the taproom, Ryan enjoys staying active and challenging himself both mentally and physically. Whether he's hiking, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing video games, or planning his next outdoor adventure, he's always looking for something new to learn. When he's not at Deciduous, you'll usually find him spending time with his fiancée and enjoying a well-crafted pint.

Originally from Massachusetts, Beth has called New Hampshire home for more than 20 years. She joined the Deciduous team after building a successful career as a floral designer, creating unforgettable weddings throughout the Seacoast.
A true Granite Stater at heart, she’s happiest outdoors, whether she’s hiking, kayaking, visiting the beach, or camping in the White Mountains, her favorite place in New Hampshire. She also enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 35 years, her two sons, and her dogs, Bo and Layla. No adventure is complete without a cooler full of Drift Easy.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, John has spent most of his life in New Hampshire and has become a familiar face at Deciduous through the taproom, brewery run club, and the ever-popular bingo nights.
When he's not teaching or pouring beers, John enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. An avid comic book fan, he works hard to maintain what he calls a "cool geek" vibe, with varying degrees of success. Around the brewery, he also answers to Johnny Bingo and Johnny Pockets.
